What’s my camera roll if it’s not full of the animals I’ve met during my travels 🤷🏾‍♀️ Oaxaca was an adventure! I appreciate the locals who spent their precious time to share their crafts that they cultivated over generations. It was awe-inspiring to say the least. A super kind and colorful city filled with hearty laughter, and even heartier food. Glad I got to experience it with the people I went with 🫶🏾✨

It’s a lil late to post this but better late than never
I can’t believe I finished my first year of grad school, I never thought this was a route meant for me but with every experience I feel more at ease at at peace with this decision and opportunity
It truly was a harrowing semester but I’ve learned that I’m resilient 💪🏾 i really loved getting to work with seniors with cognitive decline, I really think I’ve found my calling, it’s so fulfilling 🥹 I learned so much about myself this year and I can’t be more grateful ! I learned how to vibe code and made a neat lil ikebana art therapy app haha it was so much fun 🤩 anyway, I’ve already yapped too much 😪 ty for such an amazing cohort and new friends for life 🫶🏾✨

Some of you may know that I have nightmare disorder. I would say I have nightmares at least 5/7 nights of the week. I dreamt of this one last night, but something was different! Usually I am so terrified and wake up as if I didn’t have any restful sleep at all. This time, I looked at the creature, knowing I was supposed to be scared, but I managed to laugh it off and leave the room. Sometimes I’m lucky enough to know when my dream is going to turn into a nightmare, which allows me to go a different direction. But in this one I was already in one. I’ve never had a moment like this in a nightmare. A part of me feels brave. The visual may be stuck in my mind, but it doesn’t scare me because I know I escaped it. For once I had a restful sleep after a nightmare
