Chloe Tai is a Q***r Afro Puerto Rican artist based in Philadelphia. Chloe teaches a variety of mosaic workshops at Winton Glass! In their own practice, Chloe creates brightly colored mosaics using broken and recycled ceramics that celebrates their Puerto Rican heritage. The cups that are not broken are turned into candles with scents inspired by Chloe’s 10 year career as a barista. Chloe is also co-founder of Shop Q***r Philly , a q***r bi-annual vendor market in Philadelphia. In their free time the love to hang out with their partner, Lauren and dog Gnocchi!

Today marked a full year of classes at Winton Glass. We’re so grateful for every person who made it happen, from friends in our pilot classes, to the badass women who offered endless help and advice, to the cool and creative people who filled seats and made art with us. We had a lot of people pour into us, and we hope to return all of that energy to YOU this year.
Special thanks to Chloe Tai & Lauren 🥰 for the sweet surprise 🥰 we have a good village.

Meet our new Studio Assistant, Colleen!! ✨
Colleen is an artist and UX/UI designer based in South Philly. Her creative pursuits include drawing, painting, and mosaics, and she’s thrilled to be training in stained glass. She also loves playing chess, going to the movies, and having fun with her friends. You can catch her as a class assistant at the end of October, and flexing her many talents in the studio through the week.

We have some amazing new team members to introduce you all to 🤩 Join us in welcoming Shannon as our newest intro stained glass instructor! Shannon is a muti-disciplinary artist based in the heart of South Philly. By day, Shannon is a graphic designer and illustrator working in the sports and entertainment industry, and in her free time she finds herself seeking creative outlets like drawing and making stained glass. Shannon learned the tips and trades of stained glass from her grandfather who practiced for over 30 years on Long Island, New York, where she is originally from. Outside of the arts, Shannon loves to play volleyball, go snowboarding, and most importantly spend time with friends, family and her two crazy cats, Milo and Dolce. Catch Shannon in one of our intro stained glass classes soon!
