The melodious tunes that once echoed in the darbars of Emperor Akbar will now captivate your heart with a Hindustani instrumental concert, performed today at the Agama Festival by Alam Khan, son of Sarod Maestro Ali Akbar Khan. Accompanying him for this concert is Swapan Chaudhuri, a two-time Grammy-nominated percussion maestro and Manik Khan, the youngest son of Ali Akbar Khan.

On the penultimate evening of the Agama Festival, watch Kathak take centre stage as an all women's ensemble bring on stage the story of the hidden hero of Ramayana, Hanuman. Presented by Leela Dance Collective in their east coast premiere of ‘Son of the Wind’ with a live orchestra, this dance drama narrates the timeless tale of Good vs. Evil in which Hanuman plays an irreplaceable role.
