Today feels like the perfect day to announce that I'm starting a weekly morning meditation class on Tuesdays.
I realize some of you may be feeling down, and I want to remind you to BREATHE and stay PRESENT. Nothing you're anxious about has occurred, and no matter what's happening globally, EACH OF US HAS POWER! We possess the power to learn, the power to voice our opinions, the power to spread kindness in our communities, and the power to remain present, not swayed by future worries or past regrets.
