Navigating PTSD felt like walking through fire every single day. As men, we’re conditioned to just wrap up, grit our teeth, and push through the heavy days. But sometimes, pushing through means finding a completely new way to fight back. -
I didn’t start creating to be an “artist”—I did it because I needed a lifeline. It became the raw, unfiltered outlet I used to process the noise, quiet the static, and actually recover. It was never about the final design; it was about getting the chaos out of my head and taking my life back.
Whatever your fire looks like right now, keep going. But don’t walk through it empty-handed. Find your outlet. Lift, run, build, talk, or create—just put the work into your mind the same way you put work into your body.
You’re not in this fight alone. —. Drop a 👊 in the comments if you’re putting in the work today.
