Indoor Studio Policies​

​
-Do not enter if you have not been vaccinated against COVID-19.

-Do not enter if you have or have had any cold or COVID-19 symptoms within the past 14 days.

-Do not enter if you have been around anyone you know has had COVID-19 within the past 14 days.

-Wait outside or in your car until 5 minutes before your class time.

-Once inside, stand and wait on the rug. A staf

f member will:

-Check your temperature

-Administer hand sanitizer

Please be ready to show your vaccination card if you plan to take class without a mask. By entering the building, you agree to our COVID-19 Liability Waiver. Our staff cleaning procedures include:

Sanitizing all high touch areas before and after class. Thoroughly sweeping, mopping, and cleaning the entire studio and air vents daily. Setting up, sanitizing, and putting away all client workout stations before and after class.

Our first Pom Pom Fit class was awesome. We went back to the movie Bring It On and the classic song Mickey for our first routine.

Pom is every Wednesday @6 for the next three weeks!

This weekend we have a free baby and me dance class (and another class on SUNDAY) and to celebrate here is DanceFit as babies.

We also have an opportunity for current clients to bring guests for free to Motown tomorrow at 10 and Tone Zone Sunday at 11.
