SENSORiUM brings together fans of music and arts for multi-dimensional, ultra-curated events, and sensational visual and interactive art installations in the Northeast. Founded in 2017 by Joe Vela, drummer for Tweed and serial entrepreneur, the inaugural SENSORiUM festival celebrated Philadelphia’s thriving diversity in music and arts with over 550 attendees. In the continued spirit of community,
a portion of proceeds benefited a local non-profit organization, Rock to the Future, which provides free and low-cost music programs for underserved Philadelphia kids and teens. The event was thrown in honor of our late friend, Suman Addya, who was an inspiration for SENSORiUM events and regularly traveled on the road with Tweed. In response to the overwhelming support and following gained from our inaugural event, SENSORiUM has decided to book and promote monthly events in Philadelphia and to bring amazing new music to the community and connect artists, musicians, and fans around the region.
