In just a few short days our BBDA Super Senior will be announcing where she will be going next! A bittersweet moment, as it all unravelsā¦ Kaliyah, I speak for everyone here at when I say we are proud of you, and the journey youāve shared with us along the way! I know for a fact, your Grandmom would be smiling! š„¹
Most people, first encounter with you was seeing you dominate the stage, the smallest one with the natural bun, quickly becoming their childās student teacherā¦again the littlest person with the biggest smile/heart, (and then becoming their bestie), from there you became the only mini/junior on my majorette team when we first started holding it down with the big dawgs, then becoming a dance captain, camp counselor, our kids big sissy, role model and so much moreā¦. NOT TO MENTION OUR VERY FIRST MS. BBDA before the title was even a thing! We literally were just working on your CAPA audition I still remember the excitement I had when you finalized thatās where you wanted to go, and I made sure to show you the ropes! š¤
It has been a journey, watching you grow & evolve. Through all your phrases, we wouldnāt have traded you choosing BBDA for anything! As this next month comes, I want you to embrace it all, enjoy your last month of āyouth-ismā and prepare to enter adulthood full throttle! Tear that stage up one last time for me, and leave it all on the dance floor! The sky isnāt the limit REACH further! š«š©š½āšš©°
