We are expanding our company into the music realm and looking for assistants!

The ideal candidates should be outgoing, self-starters, have some knowledge of the entertainment industry (not required), familiar with Google Suite, and reliable.

Job duties include but are not limited to:

Structuring and emailing newsletters

Scheduling artists for studio sessions

Open/Close studio if Owner is unavailable

Recruiting interns with specific skills

Sending weekly follow-ups to Owner

Help plan and organize events with team of interns/assistants

Respond to inquiries with given scripts

Scheduling meetings

Aid in organizing paperwork and other processes in place

Monitor direct messages on social platforms

This company is in the startup phase with the potential to grow quickly! Most work can be completed remotely but staff should be local to the South Jersey/Philadelphia area for events.
