The three-room restaurant, jazz parlor and bar is sure to be an unparalleled success such as Robert and Benjamin Bynum’s original Zanzibar Blue, Warmdaddy’s and Paris Bistro. SOUTH will feature three distinct spaces: an inviting Dining Hall, a state-of-the-art Jazz Parlor and a comfortable Bar and Lounge
The Dining Hall will serve vibrant new southern fare and weekly seasonal features of products

indigenious to the south. The Jazz Parlor will be outfitted with a state-of-the-art digital sound system and will feature local and national jazz performances six nights a week
The Bar and Lounge will offer a playful, abbreviated menu of southern snacks and shared plates, as well as a comprehensive 50-bottle American bourbon and whiskey program; beers on tap, including custom offerings, cocktails on tap, barrel-aged and bottle-conditioned cocktails and infused spirits as well as punch bowls and wines on tap.
