The Roaring ’20s are back, and you’re invited to the party! On Tuesday, November 3, step into a world of jazz, glamour, and intrigue at BalletX’s Season Opening Gala at the Suzanne Roberts Theatre. Inspired by the legendary speakeasies of Prohibition-era Philadelphia, we’re bringing the spirit of the 1920s to life for one unforgettable celebration!

Be among the first to experience the world premiere of Loughlan Prior’s Speakeasy, featuring an original score by Frank Moon and stunning designs by Emma Kingsbury. Then, keep the celebration going! With delicious food, cocktails, and drinks flowing throughout the evening, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to raise a glass, hit the dance floor, and celebrate alongside the BalletX artists!

Our 2026 Choreographic Fellow Christian Denice’s “In the Wake” returns to BalletX’s Fall Series, November 4-15 at the Suzanne Roberts Theatre. ✨💫

Set to an original score by Philip Daniel, this evocative and stirring work explores ceremony as a profound act of healing, memory, and connection, revealing the rituals that shape us and bind us together.
