Jardel Recreation Center Jardel Recreation Center is a Philadelphia Parks and Recreation Center serving the Northeast Philadelphia Community.

We have Youth Dance, Youth Gymnastics, Adult and Youth Drama, Youth Archery, Adult and youth art programs (ceramics, glass fusing), Summer Camp, Outdoor swimming pool, swim lessons, Basketball and many more.
