We’re hiring: After-School Youth Program Educator / Group Leader 📚✏️🎶💃

MoveMakers Philly is hiring a dependable, service-oriented youth educator to join our after-school team at Gloria Casarez Elementary School.

This is first and foremost an after-school youth-development role. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable leading groups of elementary-age children, supporting daily program routines, responding constructively to behavioral needs, collaborating with teammates, and communicating professionally with families.
A skill or specialty you can share with students—such as art, music, dance, sports, fitness, STEM, theater, literacy, games, or another enrichment area—is a strong plus, but the foundation of the job is your ability to build relationships, lead children, and help create a safe and structured after-school environment.

Applications are due Tuesday, October 13, 2026.

We’re hiring: Youth Dance Instructor 🕺🏽

MoveMakers Philly is hiring a reliable, prepared dance instructor to join our after-school team at James R. Lowell School.

This position combines youth dance instruction with the day-to-day responsibilities of an elementary after-school program. We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with young people, can plan and lead engaging dance classes, and is comfortable supporting the broader routines that make an after-school program run well.

A strong dance background is required. Experience in street dance is strongly valued, but dancers from other backgrounds with strong youth-teaching skills are encouraged to apply.

Applications are due Tuesday, October 13, 2026.

See the link in our bio for full job details.
Please apply only if the stated rate, Monday schedule, planning hours, after-school responsibilities, and clearance/training requirements work for you.
