Get with someone that will look at you like Pepper looks at her Bird Street Bistro - Parrot Food 😂 🥗

Just came back from her vet appointment. It was good and of course she was very good.

We'll be keeping an eye on her weight as she lost some (even though she eat everything in sight, from her food to treats 😂) cataracts are starting to form but I mean she's almost 35, I'm not surprised. But she can see and still reacts to light and what's around her.

And of course keeping an eye on the seizures. She's had at least 2 this year but we got her a special light and a calcium supplement to put in her water. It's common in Greys so we're always making she has what she needs.

Her feather picking isn't terrible, still just mild and under the wings, no aggressive plucking which is good. But I'm always getting her different toys, especially since I've been home more now with my injury, it throws her whole routine off so that can stress her out. We do clicker training and flappys over to her cage to get some stimulation and exercise. 🪽

We'll be waiting for a call about the bloodwork, so fingers crossed. 😊🤞

Now she's enjoying her food and climbing around the cage meeping. She's so silly.

It took us a while to recover from the last weekend of August but going through all of the pictures now, it was such an amazing time!

We had an incredible night with Yesterday’s Papers on the 28th listening to them jam their hearts out! 🥁🎸🔥

With all of the fans cheering them on, they got motioned for another two songs after they finished their normal set! How awesome! 🙌🙌

On the 29th and 30th
We seen some awesome custom bikes at the Philadelphia Cycling Classic like this phillies Trek!

We could not pass up seeing the custom SpongeBob and Patrick bike by Factor Bikes 🪸


Race day was full of fun, family, coloring pages, and getting 🚲👏

There were tons of vendors, we spoke to Piscitello Law and gave them some coloring pages for the kids that stopped by. We also seen Keswick Cycle Philly Bike Expo and Kings Rule Together - Lifestyle | Fashion | Community | Travel

Gald to see so many local faces at the event! And of course we were so happy to join YJR Outdoors and Independence Youth Cycling at the family fun area. We seen lots of kids riding the obstacle course, others wanted to color or draw a bike, and some just wanted to hang with us and make pipe cleaner art! 🎨 📄

It's Furry Fursday! 😻🎉

These last few weeks have been rough so apologies for the lack of cuties.

We've had Nova and Shortbread at the habitat. They've been an absolute ball!

Nova is a monster in her cubby and always has food and litter all over. She's so silly 😹

Shortbread is a total sweetheart. He's loves to hang out and people watch but has been coming out of his shell and was playing with us and the toys.

They've both become so close, they wanted to eat together, sit together and Shortbread was just having fun watching Nova run around like a wild child. 😹

Blair is helping us give one last shout out to our July feature Bustleton Bikes! 🚲

Having worked as a bike mechanic at Bustleton Bikes, this local spot holds a special place in my heart!

Knowing firsthand what goes on behind the wrench bench, our feature focused on sitting down with the current owner to take a deep dive into his journey over the years.

​We talked about where it all started, keeping the community rolling through the intense bike boom of the pandemic, servicing the Philadelphia Police bikes and how the shop has evolved over time.
