We are excited to announce our Music Director for Fall 2026!

Mason Emmert Marlow is a writer, composer, and music director based in Philadelphia. His work distills eclectic musical styles to tell grounded, human stories. His work has been performed at 54 Below, the Triad Theatre, the Cutting Room, and Power Station at BerkleeNYC (Burn: a folk musical, co-authored with Patrick Deane Greeley), as well as colleges and universities in Pennsylvania and the Midwest. He has provided music direction for pilot productions and developmental workshops in New York, for youth productions at Applause Theatrical Workshops (pre-K through high school), and for high school and college productions across the Philadelphia area. Mason received his Masters degree in Writing & Design for Musical Theater at BerkleeNYC and currently teaches at Wolf Performing Arts Center in Bryn Mawr, PA for their summer camp and school year programming.

We are so excited to introduce our Fall 2026 Director! Caroline Egler (she/they) is a New York-based director and dramaturge who specializes in classical plays and musicals. Their directing credits include A Midsummer Night’s Dream (Yale Dramat), REDACTED (Green Room 42), Twelfth Night (Red Lion Players), The 130th Annual Varsity Show: MAYDAY, and Sunday in the Park with George(Columbia Musical Theater Society). She is invested in colorful, immersive, and melodious work which probes tight conventions. In the rehearsal room, she prioritizes collaborative imagination, evolution, and intersectional expression, seeking creative partners who revel in play.
