✨ MEET OUR NEW APPRENTICE ✨

We’re so excited to welcome Michaela Delaney Guthrie (she/her) to SHARP Dance Company! 🤍

Michaela is a hard-of-hearing dance artist, performer, and model from Los Angeles, now based in Philadelphia. A Temple University graduate with degrees in Dance and American Sign Language, Michaela brings 20 years of dance experience, a passion for character work and world-building, and a commitment to making dance more accessible.

While in Philadelphia, she has trained with Roni Koresh and Melissa Rector and danced with Jim Bunting Dance Company. She believes deeply that everyone can — and should — dance, and that movement is a language of its own.

💫 What she’s most looking forward to: Connecting with her fellow company members and performing on tour!

👋 Fun fact: ASL is Michaela’s second language, and when she’s not in the studio, you can find her working as a model.

Join us in giving Michaela a big SHARP welcome! 🖤
