September Leveling Process
It’s Leveling Season! 💗🖤 Throughout September, our Elite & Premier Upper School dancers will participate in DIP’s Leveling Process. Time to work, grow, and show us what you’ve got!💗🖤

Growth starts with being in the right environment. Our leveling process helps us place each dancer where they can be appropriately challenged, supported, and positioned for growth.

We’re looking at the WHOLE dancer. 👀✨ Technique, vocabulary, corrections, choreography retention, performance quality, classroom engagement, and overall readiness all matter.

Welcome to convention-style training! 🔥 One instructor leads the room while a panel of DIP faculty observes and evaluates. Come ready to learn, apply corrections, and DANCE!

This isn’t just about moving up a level. It’s about making sure every dancer is exactly where they need to be to develop, be challenged, and thrive as both an artist and member of the DIP community.
