Beach Cheetah  got sick! They won’t be playing anymore.
Lucky for us OOLALA is sending over one of their countless selves to bestow a golden egg of GRAVITY ROCK upon us at 7pm!

 is bringing Dogo Du Togo & The Alagaa Beat Band! 
A Togolese dance party will ensue starting at 8pm!

KENZO FLEA is happening all night in the lot across from the courtyard!
20+ vendors of magical junk, weird wonders, fabulous treasure and FOOD come out for our first night market flea market! THE MORNING IS TOO EARLY, FLEA MARKET AT NIGHT! (Just show up with a table at 6:30 if you want a spot!)

Once the sun sets  curates GIANT PROJECTIONS OF WEIRDO MONSTERS AND KAIJU BATTLES on the big wall on Frankford Ave  !

Welcome!
It’s Q***rdo time again!
Would you like a vendor spot at Kensington Q***r Circus Fest on Saturday, June 27th at the lovely ?

VENDORS!
This is always a hard thing for me. Some stuff is going to sell, some stuff isn’t, or at least not as well. Some people do stuff like this all the time, some don’t. SO this is what we’re doing:

10 vendor spots are $105 each. these are for the pros. You know who you are. We hope you clean up. We’re keeping the market small to maximize your success! But, you know, we have to charge enough so it’s worth doing.

5 artist/weird stuff spots are $55 each, These are for your art. Like you made it with your hands or feet or something and you just want it out in the world. I really want you to come out.

5 spots are for info tents for organizations doing cool stuff that relates to the theme. These are free.

BYO everything you need, 10x10 spots, tents are cool, there is no access to electricity. It will be hot.

I apologize for charging for stuff at all, we run off 90% grant funding and $1000 is another 1 to maybe even 3 events we get to put on for free for the neighborhood. All this filthy moolah is going to East Kensington Arts Committee to have more shows.

Also, if we give out an extra tent or two in the above categories, please don’t yell at me :).

Email creepymozzarella (at) weirdo.pizza (that’s an email) with some contact info, a link to your stuff and which kind of spot you’re trying to get. I’m going to try and get this all sorted out pretty quickly since it’s relatively soon.

If these $$ are too prohibitive, let me know what you think. I’ll see what I can do. We’re all just a bunch of artists and makers rolling around in a terrible economy aren’t we?

After the bands the BATTLES begin!
Sure, this event is an amazing concert, probably also your new favorite market, but now…. it’s also a giant monster battle!

will be filling the big wall on Frankford Ave with foam-suited radioactive beasts for KAIJU THUNDERDOME!
They’ll be projecting what could very well be LIFE-SIZE scenes of monstrous mayhem and goof-tastic chaotic destruction in a no holds barred, laser breath spewing, rocket punch launching, parade of weird cinema!

Reserve flea market spots are already about 1/2 gone! Don’t miss your chance to be part of the Kenzo Flea! Email arts(@)ekna.org to get one!

A selection of some of Philadelphia’s most talented puppeteers and performers spinning the chill dusk of autumn into an evening of shadow puppetry, music, drag, and crankie theater.

For the last few months we’ve been working with local animators to create short ads. We want to do more!

We are a small business! We don’t have a huge budget, but we can pay you!

Here’s how it works:
We’re looking for videos that are ideally 30 seconds or less (this is flexible).
- If chosen, we will pay you $300 to use your video.
- If chosen, the video will run for at least a month as ads and then live on our YouTube Channel (FTV).
- We will credit you in the ads and include a link when we can and your info will be on our YouTube and organic posts as well.
- The video needs to reference Fireball Printing in some way. Either as a full on commercial or as something more vauge, like a mention or a setting element, etc.

We need to see your stuff to get started!

Send us a link to your work and highlight a particular animation you’d like us to see in a “I would do something like this” kind of way. If you have a concept for an ad already, let us know! If not, we can just start by seeing your work.

We’re also fine with you reworking something you already have if it fits.
