Don’t ruin the guest experience before they even enter your event. With Black Soul Summer attendees don’t need to download an app in order to access their tickets and our Mobile Check-In App helps keep lines moving fast!

After purchasing guests will receive an automated email with their QR Code Tickets and calendar invite.

Here are just a few ways we help organizers eliminate bottlenecks and simplify door management:

1. Auto Check-Ins: Larger groups can be scanned in at once without going through each ticket

2. Real-Time Sync: Multiple team members can scan tickets, syncing directly with your product to prevent duplicate scans

3. Offline Mode: Outdoor event? WiFi dropped? No problem! Activate offline mode and the data will sync when connection is restored.

4. Privacy Protected: Share your login with door person or host without giving them full access to your store. Customer data is hidden so all they need to do is check folks in.

5. Manual Search: Guest can’t find QR code? you can easily search and check them in by Name or Ticket ID.

Say goodbye to clipboards, printed lists and stressful entrances! Get started with Black Soul Summer today and post your next event for free.
