Philadelphia was one of many places Dolly Parton visited🌸. In memory of Mrs. Dolly we are having a special!🤩 We have chosen designs that we believe represents Mrs. Dolly. It will be $40 at 2 inches maximum. We do have limited spots! So it will be APPOINTMENT ONLY through out Facebook or by calling at 601-389-8082!!
