Day 11 of so happy to be able to participate in this! Big thanks to and for organizing this!

The couple I had to choose (thanks to my bestie introducing me to Outlander) is Claire and Jamie Fraser.

Stitching people is not something I do really and ‘Jesus H Roosevelt Christ!’ It was a journey and a challenge to say the least 😂 thanks for helping with the hair !!

Well I’ve unintentionally went on a mini break again. It’s been busy busy over here after an unexpected death in our family. We lost the girls Great Mommom and took some time off to get things together while my husband was on funeral leave.

Even when life throws curves balls I never really stop creating so I wanted to share some love and joy-which I feel like the piece has a lot of! It was so fun to make! I’ve been wanting to try my hand at making a wreath style or double hoop embroidery for a while now. It was a little tricky but easier than I thought! She’s also larger at 14”! What do you think??

Its amazing what you can do in one year! It’s been pretty productive!! At first I felt like I didn’t get to accomplish a lot of things I wanted to but then I looked back and saw all that I did and felt proud!! Sometimes things may not go the way you envision but that’s okay!

I wanted to say thank you again for all of your support and love this year! I really appreciate all of the purchases, those of you who took one of my workshops, traded, liked or otherwise supported me!! It really means the world to me!!

This has been my first full year as a maker/artist! I am so thrilled I decided to take the leap! Not only does making art fill my heart with joy but I love this community so much!

There’s so much I want to do and hate and I can’t wait to see what this year brings!!

Wanted to say thank you to everyone for the support of my shaker ornaments this year! It’s sew appreciated!!

Wanted to take a moment to share some of the other fun shakers I made recently…

I was absolutely thrilled when asked to trade! I really pushed the envelope and made one with three fabrics. I can’t wait for it to get there! Sometimes challenging yourself is really worth it! I also can’t wait to have a sunny day to share what I received, Cassandra really outdid herself and I love everything so much!

Second piece is from the the Secret Holiday Exchange. I created the piece for and really was nervous about this one! I’m so happy with how it turned out and was thrilled to send it to Jade! Thanks again Chanci for putting it all together!
