The Philadelphia Chalk Festival started out as a small idea by Philly based artist Rushawn Videl-Gevonte Stanley to create a safe and socially distanced event that would bring together the community and help local artists, businesses and organizations that were struck by the pandemic. This small idea turned into a great event as festival producer, April Rose, Social Media Manager, Ciara Collins and our sponsors came on board.
