CLASS SPOTLIGHT: ACRO 🤸‍♀️

What exactly is Acro? We’re breaking down each of our Studio 99 classes so you & your dancer know what to expect!

Currently offered at the petite age level, acro for dancers builds strength, balance, and body control through foundational skills like bridges, handstands, and so much more, setting dancers up to safely progress into more advanced tricks!

Have questions? Email us or stop by for a free trial class anytime!
