Sorry for the late post! The team has been BUSY getting this race car back together and ready to finish the season STRONG! 💪🏁

We’re here at Charlotte gathering valuable data and working hard to find more speed for our Blue Collar Motorsports team. Every lap is an opportunity to learn, improve, and get better!

Saturday night at Lake View Motor Speedway was an eventful one! We had good speed all night, even with the track throwing a little character our way early on. We qualified 5th in Group B, putting us in the 10th starting position for the A-Main. We worked our way forward and found ourselves running in 4th before a restart led to some contact with another car, sending us spinning. Unfortunately, we had to settle for a 12th-place finish, but we’re taking what we learned and moving forward!

The hard work never stops, and we’re determined to keep improving and make the most of every opportunity we get. We’re not done yet! 🔥

Upcoming career fairs. You could be a great employee for a great company!!!

Next week, Sanford Contractors will be out on the road and connecting with students at several upcoming career fairs!

We’ll be at Appalachian State University Construction, Design & Renewable Energy Technology Career Fair, Western Carolina University Construction & Engineering Fair, East Carolina University Science, Engineering & Technology Fair and at Campbell University Fighting Camels career fair.

We’re looking forward to meeting talented students, sharing opportunities at Sanford Contractors and talking about what a career in construction can look like.

We had a pretty solid Sunday at Modoc Speedway with the Southern Thunder Super Dirt Series.

We have always struggled with slick racetracks, but we learned a whole lot this weekend. 27th out of 31 in hot laps, improved to Qualify 6th in our group missing the lock in by .005. That put us on pole for the B-main, We won the B and rolled off 12th for the feature. One thing we learned was the importance of tire selection and we just went the wrong way with our tire choice. Our choices would put us 15th in final running order. Car stayed in one piece and we got an education for the future.

After winning B-Main #2, We will roll off 12th for the Southern Thunder Super Dirt Series 50 lap feature here at Modoc Speedway. If you have not already tune into https://huntthefront.tv to catch all the action.

Southern Thunder Super Dirt Series heads to South Carolina for the Jack Starrette Memorial at the newly refurbished Modoc Speedway! Racing for $17522 to win, Super Street / Factory Stock / Crown Vic / FWD will also be in action this evening.

Since Lake View Motor Speedway had rain during our Lil Rockstars Juicebox / Snackpack series coloring contest winners race. We decided to leave it on and make a little Sunday funday trip down to Modoc Speedway for the Southern Thunder Super Dirt Series. The race will be televised on https://huntthefront.tv/videos/52092

Last night we showed improvement during our multiple rain delays but unfortunately our night ended early due to a 2nd passing shower. Our race will be rescheduled to next Saturday 9/12.
