Earlier this week, our local community, as well as the dirt racing community experienced the tragic loss of longtime friend and competitor, Brand Lewis.
Brand's nearly two-decade long racing career boasted many achievements, including a 2011 National 100 Championship, and Late Model wins at EAMS and Senoia.
More than that, Brand was a loving father, husband, brother, uncle, son, and friend to so many. Easily one of the best sh*t talkers I've ever met, he'd fire you up and make you laugh at the exact same time, in a way that only he could..
This is a loss that will no doubt leave a massive impact throughout so many aspects of our community, especially this ol dirt track.
Please keep the Lewis family in your thoughts and prayers, including his wife Nickey, and two young sons, Levi and Lane.
