Just before the school year started, PfISD staff gathered to watch a special video Convocation—and our talented Fine Arts students helped to make it truly unforgettable! These incredible student performers brought us together through moving renditions of "We're Going to Be Friends" performed by students from Mott Elementary School, Windermere Elementary School, & Jessica Carpenter Elementary School and "You Will Be Found” performed by students from Bohls Middle School, Cele Middle School, Dessau Middle School, Kelly Lane Middle School, Park Crest Middle School, Pflugerville Middle School, Connally High School, Hendrickson High School, Pflugerville High School, & Weiss High School!

Starting back in early May and continuing all throughout the summer break, dedicated students and staff spent many hours learning new music, rehearsing, and preparing for the final recordings.

Their dedication and the musical selections perfectly showcased belonging—a commitment to creating a culture where every single student, educator, and family member feels seen, valued, and connected.

Thank you to the incredible teachers and passionate students who sacrificed their summer time and energy to bring this message to life! 🎵
