Today at Harbor Hall, our client artists delivered a powerful and inspiring art presentation. Their work reflected every unique talent—from abstract expressionism and novel writing to creating art for the first time and crafting vibrant collage boards.

Through each piece, artists took their past, applied their lessons, confronted their struggles, and transformed them into meaningful works of art—visually and literally.

I’m deeply proud of their dedication and resilience. Once again, this proves that the creative spirit is indomitable. Creativity can transform lives.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our small memorial ceremony for Mike O’Brien’s Memorial Garden—donated by Pat O’Brien and built by Drost Landscape.

Mike O’Brien was a dedicated and deeply impactful light in the recovery community. He devoted his time and care to many of our clients at Harbor Hall, and his presence made a lasting difference.

The garden is designed as a meditative labyrinth, with meaningful rocks decorated by clients, staff, and Mike’s family. Each piece helps commemorate a healing and bright soul—one that brought hope to so many people in recovery.

Another remarkable art presentation today at Harbor Hall, Inc.!
Clients spent six weeks or more working on their creative projects—imagining ideas and spreading positivity across campus. Most of them had either lost touch with art at a young age or had never tried to create before.

Clients surprised themselves with how crafty, technical, and creative they can be when they keep an open mind and give creativity a chance. Through art, they rediscover, recover, and recreate themselves.

So proud of everyone who took this journey and shared their light with others. 💛🎨

Thank you to the Harbor Hall Foundation for supporting and organizing an amazing kickoff event to promote and share the impact of our Expressive Arts Therapy program at Harbor Hall, Inc.

Three talented and courageous former clients shared artwork they created in Heart Studio during treatment, along with their emotional and inspiring stories—stories that brought them to Harbor Hall. Their creativity transformed their lives, and we are honored to share these journeys.

Their stories truly touched so many in attendance—tears were flowing, and the impact was felt by everyone in the room. After the sharing, many doors were opened, and former clients were able to connect more deeply with individual attendees, sharing even more of their journeys and truths.

Thank you to everyone who attended and came out to support the event.
