During the 2026/2027 school year her Thursday night yoga class is FREE for educators. Bring a friend and your school ID and treat yourself to a free yoga class to wrap up your teaching week!

Class is at 5:30 Thursdays.
Open to non-educators for a $10 drop in.

After a particularly hard day of teaching one afternoon, I got to my car to find a little wooden sign that read “be the change you want to be in the world” perched on my windshield. I don’t know who left it, but I do know it has hung prominently on my wall ever since.

We all have them…the tiny mantras on our desks or gallery walls that give us a little positive affirmation. Especially on days where we don’t feel like “live. laugh. loving.”

Life has been a difficult journey lately, and the more I look around, the more I realize it’s that way for so so many of us. So…enter…

THE KIND WORDS PROJECT.

Starting this weekend, there will be a kind words display in the window of the studio. I encourage you to bring your own to add or to take one that speaks to you. Hang it on your wall, send it to a teacher, drop it on a corner…spread words that may help someone you don’t even realize needs them.

There are lots of little things we can do to remind each other who we are and that we are all rooting for each other. If you give or receive one, feel free to share it online and tag .

It’s like painted rocks…only it will help keep Homegoods in business.

With the big kids back at school, don’t forget our favorite music and movement class for those birth to five humans!

Join our staff for POP TOTS Tuesday and Saturday mornings at 9:30 and move and grove along to songs designed to grow big brains through rhythm and movement.

Pop Tots is FREE and you can drop in to any and all classes thanks to our friends at Menard County Family Collaborative!

It’s that “planner” time of year!

Getting back into our routine over here, check out our current weekly offerings and monthly events!

Big things coming next month including a new yoga offering that we can’t wait to share, more group classes for kids of all ages and a return to our roots!

Keep those ideas coming we are filling this space (and possibly new ones…?) with lots of good trouble!

We can’t say enough good things about our friends at Menard County Family Collaborative and all the good they do in our little corner of the world!
