Choose a work of art and write a 100-word response. Your piece can be a narrative, a scene, or a poem.

You can record yourself reading your piece, or leave the performance to Firelight.

Submissions are due June 14.

In just 24 hours, 51 Firelight friends + the Firelight Board of Directors, contributed $10,155 in tax-deductible donations. We exceeded our goal by over $2k!

We did it! But we’re not done yet!

Thanks to the incredible generosity of our community, Firelight Theatre Workshop has reached our NH Gives goal of $8,000!

We are deeply grateful to everyone who donated, shared our campaign, encouraged friends, and championed our work. Your support affirms the value of adventurous, community-centered theatre in the Monadnock Region.

But we’re not done yet.

With several hours remaining until 5:00 PM, we’re setting our sights on a stretch goal of $12,000.

For nine seasons of theatre, we’ve worked with overhead office lighting, clip lights, work lights, and patio string lights. With your support, we’re eager to professionalize our lighting system so that we can create a strong visual story onstage and light the actors beautifully.

We’re now accepting submissions for this year’s Tiny Stories event, inspired by our Season 9 theme: Listening.

Listening can be quiet or active, joyful or difficult. It can happen between friends, strangers, generations, communities, or within ourselves. It can change a relationship, reveal a truth, or open a new possibility.

We invite you to explore the theme in a tiny story of your own. Whether your piece is heartfelt, humorous, surprising, or reflective, we’d love to hear your voice.

Join us in celebrating the many ways we listen—and what happens when we truly do.
