The Cole Porter Festival brought Downtown Peru to life last June, and what a weekend it was! 🎶 With 26 events, 3,000 attendees, and 98 musicians and presenters, the 2025 festival celebrated Cole Porter’s legacy while welcoming visitors from across the country and even the UK.

We’re proud to have supported this beloved Miami County tradition with a $2,700 grant from the Miami County Community Fund, helping keep live music free, inclusive, and accessible for all ages. From Broadway’s bustling Music Stage to the debut of the Festival Showroom at Story Church, the festival showcased local talent, welcomed world-class performers, and filled our community with music, creativity, and pride of place.

And yes, we are already looking ahead to next year! 🎉 The Cole Porter Festival returns June 11–14, 2026, taking over historic Downtown Peru with free live music, deep-dive experiences exploring Cole’s life and songs, vintage cosplay, and plenty of opportunities for dining, dancing, and celebrating together.

Here’s to honoring our cultural heritage, supporting artists, and soaking in the magic all over again. 💃🕺🎹
