Arts Council for Wyoming County Founded in 1975, the Arts Council for Wyoming County provides arts and culture programs to our rural communities in the region.

To bring art to the people and people to the arts by:
• Providing services to artists
• Fostering connections between artists and community
• Offering a safe space for all people to express self and art Headquartered in a restored historic building in downtown Perry, New York, the ACWC hosts art exhibits, classes, workshops, performances, concerts, and film screenings throughout the ye

ar. The Arts Council for Wyoming County programs are made possible by the New York State Council on the Arts with the support of the Office of the Governor and the New York State Legislature. Additional funding is made possible by the Wyoming County Board of Supervisors, Foundations, private donors and members of the ACWC.
