Important Event Update:
We regret to announce that due to extreme heat straining local power and HVAC capacity, we must cancel all remaining departures on Fri, July 24.
All Noon, 2:00pm, and 4:30pm departures from Sat, July 25 thru Sun, Aug. 2 have also been cancelled. Only 6:30pm and 8:30pm trains will operate until we resume our full schedule on Aug. 5.
These schedule adjustments will help keep guests and staff safe and allow time to bolster power and HVAC systems. We know this is disappointing news for guests, but your safety is our top priority.
Guests on affected trains will receive an email with information on rebooking or refund options. Our service center can be reached during the hours below at 877-545-9464.
Mon-Sat: 6:00am – 5:00pm PDT
Sun: 9:00am – 5:00pm PDT
