Join us Saturday, Feb 21 from 12–3pm and learn how to make Monoprints!

Calling all painters! This monoprint workshop is perfect for those who love experimenting with paint and want an introduction to printmaking. We will begin with a monotype demonstration, then you will go on to paint on an Akua printmaking plate and we will print your painting together. No experience is needed for this workshop. You will be amazed at how fun it is to make a painting and see it transformed into a print! Workshop size is limited to 12 students.

Printmaking inks, paper, plates, and all clean up materials are provided.

Students only need to bring gloves and paint brushes of choice.

June 15th I’ll be teaching a workshop at Frontline Arts on drypoint techniques! There are a few spots left for those interested! Link is in my bio

In this workshop, you’ll be introduced to different approaches and techniques in drypoint etching. This workshop will introduce you to the advantages of working on different surfaces for drypoint techniques and the ability to combine drypoint with the monotype process. Drypoint is a great step in the intaglio world– all skill levels are welcome!
