Are you a bookworm and a silk worm?? Come cozy up in one of our aerial slings and read your favorite book. Slings will be low and easy to get into. You can bring a pillow and blanket if you’d like. If you’d prefer your audio book that is welcome as well, just bring your headphones. Finish out with some slow relaxing moments in the slings.

Edgar Allan Poe Restorative Sling Listening Event

In this listening event we will use low hung hammock slings to explore restorative poses and restful hammock exploration. We will begin with a brief introduction to restorative poses, then you have the opportunity to explore what poses your body wants as we listen to Edgar Allan Poe spooky short stories.
It is recommended that you bring one or two pillows and perhaps a throw blanket for comfort. The studio does not have restorative props to loan.
There is a strict limit of only six spaces, so make sure to sign up soon.
