Pensacola Little Theatre (PLT) is a non-profit community organization providing theatrical experiences that entertain, enrich, and educate all ages. PLT's ultimate mission is to use the theatrical experience to enhance the cultural and artistic climate of our community and to develop future generations of performers and patrons of the arts. Our vision is to celebrate the importance of the arts in our community by providing opportunities for people to use their talents in presenting theatrical productions in a state-of-the-art facility steeped in historic tradition. We believe that experiencing art in all its dimensions is vital to the fulfillment of civic and community life. As a volunteer-driven, community organization, Pensacola Little Theatre engages participants in the creative process. Participants engage as artists, using their imaginations and talents to explore universal themes and relevant issues. Participants engage as patrons, utilizing audience discussion programs as entryways into the artistic process. Participants engage as students and teachers, joining classes and production groups to develop artistic skills. We strive to draw many community members into the creative process to move them to change their lives, and possibly the world, in the process of making ART.
