Spring

Wet rains fall down and give life
Bunnies hop along to innocence
Babies exit their shadow concern
Everything in its time and place

Fall

Gently leaves flutter down
Hey, season for a reason of recalling
Whole round vegetable of abundance to remind
The season and the time

Hippie

I am her and she is me
60 and 70 mixed
Matched at the best of times
Conglomerated Crystal
BoHo bitch I know so
Brown retro sugar with kantha plaid
Everything peace and love
Everything I was

Opioid

Take away the pain
Take it lightly and gently
 put me to sleep
rest my heart ache
Light like clouds
Reminder of vague life conspiracy

Grass

I can feel it tickle me
I can feel it heal me
 Sunshine helps it grow
Everything there is to know created from it
The rocks hug and nestle it
Reflects its green off the warmth of the sky casting rain onto it
Seasons change and yet it does not
Not made for anything to trouble just saying “free me”

No Way

Why one more crazy belligerent?
Why another harm to my heart?
Why another fear monger?
Why another past insulter?
I read people
That with the truth on their faces sometimes and mostly at different places
Both here and there
Never losing because I didn’t care
But no way am I opening another stitch to my heart by way of another’s craft or art
I am not getting hurt again
Maybe this time I will pick better men
A better man is all not a rage
I don’t want to find my life on the wrong page
With the wrong page
I need a man who completes me but doesn’t wound me
One that woes me and doesn’t sue me
One that makes love and doesn’t screw me

Partner

What it means to me
Ever clearly stated to him
A mystic togetherness
Dreams I dreamt of his lov e
Needing him so
To hold him gently and tight
My love to his light
I will expose me
And he will tell me everything`s alright
We will share our dreams together

A New Start

BRing me to the finish line
Brought me to the end
Now the violence is over
Now the hot potatoe games are over
I am free again but alone
But I still have a place to call home
I left there was nothing else to do
I am alone now and know everything renewed

Coffee

Bringing everyone together in the room
Bringing warmth to a cold day
Bringing cheer from its aromatic
Beans of the Earth turned into brown mystique with suave subtle sugary in its latte physique
Something tells me don’t go away,
cup beckoning of cheer and for the price of delight
