The first ever Handwork Showcase at Grow Creative was a huge success! 🤩 Over 50 people came to enjoy and learn about the good work the children have done these past 14 weeks. They were proud, I was proud, there may have been a few tears 🥹 Thank you to everyone who came and made the day super special for us all. See you at the next showcase at the end of the Fall semester. Can’t wait!

Spring classes are wrapping up and I’m in love with our final projects 💗 The kids are excited to share what they’ve created with their friends and families! And if you’re interested in Fall classes for your kids, come see what we’ve been up to at the Spring Handwork Showcase on Saturday, May 9th at 10am. Each class chose a project that will be on display. It’s a beautiful celebration of strong attention, skill building, creativity, pride and love. Hope to see you there!

Dye it. Sew it. Make it your own 🌿🧵 A NEW addition to the summer camp line-up and a great add on if you’re already signed up for teen open studio in the mornings (mornings are sold out)

Teen Sewing & Natural Dyes Camp is a full week of hands-on textile work — where teens learn to stitch, work with fabric, and experiment with plant-based dyes to create one-of-a-kind pieces.

This isn’t just a camp — it’s a space to slow down, focus, and build real skills while exploring color, texture, and design.

✨ For teens (or ages 12+)
✨ Sewing + natural dye techniques
✨ Small group, studio setting
✨ No experience needed

If your teen loves working with their hands (or is ready to try something new), this is a beautiful place to start.
