A lot of you may have noticed the "little person" in some of my surrealist pieces.

If your curiosity is peaked. Let me introduce you to him.

He's Beppo Schadenfreude.

Beppo has been piloting surrealistic art pieces since 1936 and this will be his 90th year in the business.

He lives in the imaginary world and is paid with imaginary dollars, a currency based on what artists wish the could ACTUALLY be paid for their work.

I'm currently worth 5.6 Million in Imagoducetts, the currency of this world.

This would place me at the bottom of the top 200 but I don't mind. I can still afford great things there.

Like hiring Beppo Schadenfreude.

Here's an interview I did with Beppo above the blue lava pits in my mind palace as the twin moons were setting:

1 Sharp: Thanks for being here Beppo.

Beppo Schadenfreude: YOU'RE WELCOME. Oh, sorry, still a bit of hearing loss from that last piece of yours. The piece is really loud and it pulls to the left a bit.

1S: Sorry about that Beppo, it was very stream of consciousness.

BS: It comes with the territory really. It was a great piece and I had a blast driving it. All your pieces are really giant and the view is amazing up there.

1S: Thank you. So how long have you piloted surrealistic art?

BS: Since I was about 12. I "borrowed" one of Dali's stilt Elephants. He didn't prosecute though! He saw I had aptitude and from there I started driving lots of his. That's how I got my start.

1S: That's amazing! I'm glad to have a driver of such pedigree in my pieces. You wanted to mention something before we wrap up here.

BS: Yes, thanks for reminding me. Kids, don't drive art pieces drunk or high. Be safe. No texting either.

1S: Good advice. What's next for Beppo Schadenfreude?

BS: I'm going on vacation for about 2 weeks. Going to get lost in a Suerat and see some points of interest.

I'm reposting this here in case anyone was planning on attending:

As painful as this is, we will be cancelling our Goat Lips Chew and Brewhouse appearance tonight.

My voice is completely shot and nothing will bring it back in time.

I love Larry and all our friends that come to see us there but since I'm on the hook for at least 80-90% of lead vocals AND my harmonies would also be out we're hobbled.

I'm apologize to Larry, Goat Lips and all of you who we're looking forward to tonight.

Jeffrey and I will be playing St. Christopher's April 16th with The Calvert's and Civilized Natives will be back in action April 17th at D&R Lounge.
