'll Be Back

We knew Pensacola was going to come strong but we didn’t know Pensacola was going to come this STRONG!

We started our day 10 minutes before opening with an area wide outage from our Internet Service Provider. We hustled and came up with a back up plan so that our systems would allow waivers to be signed and transactions processed by cash and card. We had our soft opening day and our processes were affected by our ability to process transactions.

It’s not all on the Internet. We have some things to dial in and we recognize that and will continue to work to improve YOUR Launch experience!

Our crew did amazing rolling with the punches today! We’ll continue to improve. We can’t wait to see you again.

Thank you for the LOVE Pensacola! 💚🦘

There is an area wide outage of our ISP. We have a backup system working! Our systems are working but we may experience slow internet throughout the day. With all of that said. We’re open! Come see us!

ATTENTION!!!! To all of our Future Loyal Launchers. Our opening this morning will be delayed due to some unforeseen circumstances and technical difficulties. We are hoping to be open by noon at the latest. Please keep an eye out for any further updates. We appreciate your support and patience.

UPDATE FROM LAUNCH PENSACOLA ⚡

Unfortunately, we still do not have power at Launch but Joey is working to get it resolved. We’re monitoring the situation closely and will keep everyone updated as we learn more about a potential opening this weekend.

🎂 Have a birthday party scheduled with us this weekend? We will reach out to each family individually with updates regarding your party.

We know how much everyone is looking forward to Launch opening, and we appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through this situation. Our goal is to get the doors open and welcome everyone as soon as it’s safe and possible!
