We love this island on its calmest days and its stormiest ones.

With Isaias in the Gulf, our team is doing what beach neighbors do: tying things down, checking in on each other, and keeping a close eye on the forecast. Pensacola Beach sits in Evacuation Zone A, so we’re following Escambia County’s lead on timing, and we hope our island neighbors will too.

To our couples with dates coming up: you’ll hear from us directly. No need to watch this page for news.

To everyone who calls this stretch of the Gulf Coast home: look after your people, check on the neighbor who lives alone, and take good care. The sunsets will be here when the sky clears.

Meet Laura. 🤍 She owns Pier Suite Events, and if you’ve had a slice at , you’ve already been to one of her places.

Laura has called Pensacola Beach home for 28 years, so she knows there’s something special about this little stretch of the Gulf, especially when those winter sunsets start showing off.

One of her favorite parts of owning a venue? Seeing a couple at the end of the night say it was the best day ever, while their guests are still soaking in the view and talking about how much fun they had.

A few things you may not know about Laura: she’s a certified Pilates instructor, has a serious appreciation for a good sunset, and gets to run Pier Suite alongside her daughter, Isabella, which has become a dream she didn’t even know she had.

“The only thing better than watching your daughter grow up is watching her step into her power as a leader, innovator, and partner.”

There’s something pretty special about creating a place where families come together to celebrate life’s biggest moments, while getting to build it alongside your own.
