And I don't just mean your game.

I mean if there mats weren't cleaned right before you and you dropped some hot chicken you would stick that 🐔 right in your mouth.

💍🐛and 🦠 are just waiting to get all over your pretty face.

We use a non toxic ( ) solution with some (for nice smells) to 💀 the vermin before class.

If your team isn't doing there part hold the choke a little longer than needed and when they fall asleep whisper in their ear to clean the mats.

You have to think for yourself if things make sense. If everyone is jumping off a bridge, it might be okay. And then again it might not be.

There are a lot of people out there with opinions. Some are tried and true but end the end its all from that individuals own experiences.

When we forget that and just do the thing thats when we are increasing our potential for .

Ask yourself "does this make sense" "under what circumstances is this applicable" "what happened to cause this individual to suggest this" "what is the driving motivation behind their words"

I recently have pivoted my training with this as my mantra.

There are some really cool techniques out there. But if you aren't understanding fundamentals and focused on mastering those you are falling into the trap in my opinion.

People will talk of greatness but not do the things that the greats have done.

I don't want that for you or myself.

I want you to survive long enough to become dominate.

Not just in your or but in your life.

In your potential.

Slaughter your internal sheeple and feed the good wolf.

It is never to soon to move towards ones goals.

Sacrifice is always required. Sacrifice comes in many forms. We sacrifice our time, money, dreams, desires and loved ones.

Sometimes the sacrifice is worth it. Sacrificing the desire to shove garbage food in our mouths because the child in our brain wants it but the champion in our heart tells them no.

Other times we sacrifice our goals and ambition for momentary pleasure. Eating the garbage and placing ourselves that much further away.

To step closer to his goal, sacrificed his comfort and his body.

It's hard to have a free day and show up.

It takes wanting something more than comfort.

Discipline, grit, and drive all need to be constantly trained and tested.

A hard worker will always beat talent.
