Hi, PCT Family and Friends!
I hope you had a wonderful summer; I can't believe it's already August. As you may remember from our April announcements, this season's fall show will be W***y Wonka Jr. and the winter/spring show will be Shrek the Musical, Jr.
We will most likely have two casts for each show, as our registration numbers have been too high to have one cast. As a result, I have asked Parks and Recreation if we can open two different registrations for the two different rehearsal schedules (same show, of course!). That way, you can register for the rehearsal schedule and performance dates that work best with your schedule. Our Parks and Rec Superstar is on vacation this week, but I'm hoping she'll be able to make this happen for us!
Here is the info for the two (potential) registrations for W***y Wonka Jr:

Monday/Saturday Cast:
Audition Day: Monday, August 31st, 3:45-5:45 PM
First Rehearsal: Saturday, September 12th (no rehearsal on Labor Day)
Rehearsal Schedule: Mondays, 3:45-5:45 PM and Saturdays, 9-11 AM
Show Dates:
Friday, November 20th @ 7 PM
Saturday, November 21st @10 AM
Saturday, November 21st @ 2 PM
(Cast Party/Lunch between the two shows)
*Additional/extended rehearsals outside of the Monday/Saturday times will be added for tech week and dress week; schedule will be provided the first day of rehearsal

Audition Day: Wednesday, September 2nd, 3:45-5:45 PM
First Rehearsal: Wednesday, September 9th
Rehearsal Schedule: Wednesdays, 3:45-5:45 PM and Saturdays, 11-1 PM
Show Dates:
Saturday, November 21st @ 7 PM
Sunday, November 22nd @10 AM
Sunday, November 22nd @ 2 PM
(Cast Party/Lunch between the two shows)
**Additional rehearsals outside of the Wednesday/Saturday times will be added for tech week and dress week; schedule will be provided the first day of rehearsal

Registration will be capped at 25 for each cast; that way, if someone sees one cast is full and they really don't care about which cast they're in, they can register for the other cast and it will hopefully help keep our numbers fairly even.
Not sure when Parks and Rec will open registration, but I'm hoping for Friday, August 14th. 😁
