So proud of these dancers for stepping outside their comfort zone and participating in the Exhale Convention! It challenged them to learn choreography quickly, adapt to new teaching styles, and share the dance floor with dancers from outside their studio.
Exhale is an especially meaningful convention because of its focus on the healing power of movement and the positive impact dance can have on mental health. Even more inspiring, Exhale has donated over $30,000 to local pediatric mental health organizations, helping expand access to care and support for children who need it most.
So proud of these dancers for embracing the challenge, growing as performers, and being part of something that celebrates both the joy of dance and the power of movement to heal. ❤️
