Tomorrow’s Full Moon is not just any full moon. It is a Blue Moon in Sagittarius, arriving on May 31, 2026.

A Blue Moon happens when we have two full moons in one calendar month, making this lunar moment feel like a rare cosmic exclamation point. Full moons are already powerful times for illumination, release, and energetic completion. A Blue Moon can feel like that message is being written across the sky in ink you cannot ignore.

Spiritually, Sagittarius brings the energy of truth, freedom, travel, expansion, wisdom, courage, and the bigger dream calling your name. This is a beautiful time to ask:

What belief has been keeping me small?
What fear is blocking the path to my next adventure?
What old story is preventing me from fulfilling the life I know I am meant to live?

Whether your next journey is across the world, into a new creative chapter, or deeper into your own spirit, this moon invites you to release what has been halting your movement.

Write down what you are ready to let go of. Name the dream you are ready to claim. Then take one brave step toward it.

Once in a Blue Moon, the universe hands us a portal. Walk through it with intention. 🌕🏹

In honor of World Turtle Day, which was this past Saturday, I wanted to share this beautiful moment: a turtle in the wild, photographed beside my Turtle card from the Animal Love Oracle Deck (published by ). 🐢

The turtle carries such powerful spiritual symbolism.

Turtle reminds us to slow down, trust divine timing, and move through life with patience, protection, and ancient wisdom. She teaches us that progress does not have to be rushed in order to be sacred.

With her shell as her home, Turtle also represents grounding, emotional boundaries, and the importance of carrying peace within yourself wherever you go.

In many spiritual traditions, Turtle is connected to Mother Earth, longevity, resilience, and the deep knowing that comes from moving gently but steadily through the world.

Her message is simple, but profound:

You do not have to hurry to arrive where you are meant to be.

Sometimes the slow path is the sacred path.

Someone on Reddit recently asked: “If I raise my frequency, will I attract toxic, jealous, or negative people?”

My answer is yes, sometimes.

When your energy shifts, people feel it. Some may be inspired by it. Some may be unsettled by it. Some may even be drawn to your light while still carrying shadows they have not learned how to face.

But that does not mean you are doing anything wrong.

Raising your frequency does not mean you suddenly live in a perfect bubble where no negativity can reach you. It means you become more aware of what belongs in your space and what does not.

At first, you may attract people who want access to your energy without doing their own inner work. That is where discernment comes in.

Your job is not to dim yourself so others feel comfortable.

Your job is to stay grounded, protect your peace, and recognize who is meeting you at your frequency versus who is trying to feed from it.

Over time, the more aligned you become, the more you will naturally attract people, opportunities, and relationships that reflect that alignment back to you.

So yes, some negative energy may notice your light.

But so will the right people.

Keep rising. Just remember to keep your boundaries rising with you.

Nadine has spoken openly about a childhood experience that’s stayed with her her whole life: memories of being abducted as a child, some surfacing later through hypnosis. Many experiencers describe receiving profound messages, downloads, or missions during these events—but Nadine didn’t. What she learned later, under hypnosis, was that the beings told her they had taken too much. Too much data, too much from her. That was the message.

Have you had an experience like this—an abduction, a missing time event, dreams that didn’t feel like dreams, hypnosis-recovered memories? We’d love to hear from you in the comments.

A gentle reminder before you share: this is a safe space. There is no need to troll or dismiss anyone for what they’ve lived through. Experiencers often carry heavy aftermath—substance struggles, trauma responses, isolation—and the last thing anyone needs is to be mocked for finally speaking. We’re here to listen, to hold space, and to let each other know we’re not alone.✨

Reacting to this TikTok by because this topic always opens a portal of questions.

From strange vibrations before sleep to unexplained bruises, backwards clothing, and mysterious marks, the video explores some of the signs people have long linked to extraterrestrial contact and abduction experiences.

Whether you view it through a paranormal, spiritual, or psychological lens, one thing is certain: people have been sharing stories like these for a very long time, and many say they do not stop with childhood.

Would you brush this off, or pay closer attention?

I’m sharing a personal experience I have carried with me since childhood: a memory of what I believe was an encounter with the Grays during a young alien abduction experience.
For anyone unfamiliar, “Grays” are the small gray extraterrestrial beings often described in alien encounter and abduction stories, usually recognized by their large heads, slight bodies, and striking black eyes.

For me, the eyes are what stayed with me most clearly. They were black, distinct, unforgettable, and unlike anything else.

I also remember the communication feeling telepathic, like a message received without spoken words. It was not a conversation in the usual sense. It felt more like knowing, or receiving something directly through the mind.

I know this may sound unusual, and I am sharing it as my personal experience. If this feels silly to you, that’s okay. Please simply swipe away.

But if this resonates with you genuinely, or if you have had an encounter, dream, memory, sighting, or experience you could not explain, I would truly love to hear from you.

Have you ever experienced something like this?

Please share your story in the comments. 👽✨

Happy International Museum Day. 🖼️✨

Today is an important reminder of why museums, galleries, cultural centers, and creative spaces matter so deeply.

The photos above include Nadine Gordon-Taylor’s artwork featured alongside the work of other artists, as well as moments from exhibits and gallery/museum spaces she has attended, including Hudson Valley MOCA and Tompkins Corners Cultural Center.

The first image is from Julie’s show, owner of Jo’s Body Shop. Artists have to support other artists, and part of building a thriving creative community is showing up for one another’s work.

These spaces matter on an economic level because they support artists, cultural tourism, local businesses, and creative communities.

They matter on an artistic level because they give artists a place to showcase their work, connect with audiences, and be part of a larger conversation.

And they matter on a spiritual level because art has the power to quiet the outside world and bring the inner world forward. Museums and galleries allow us to reflect, remember, feel, question, and recognize deeper truths within ourselves and one another.

In a world full of noise, these spaces give creativity room to breathe.

Visit museums. Support galleries. Celebrate artists. Protect the spaces that help us see more clearly.

Last weekend’s closing of In-Security at Hudson Valley MOCA felt especially aligned with today’s Ta**us Super New Moon, which peaked earlier this afternoon and carries energy around grounding, self-worth, the body, beauty, stability, and becoming ready to receive.

This exhibition explored the many layers of human insecurity, and standing among these works felt like a reminder that anxiety is not always the enemy. Sometimes anxiety is information. A signal. A compass pointing us back toward what needs care, safety, honesty, and alignment. When we stop fighting it and begin listening with compassion, it can help guide us back to who we are at our core, to our soul’s purpose, and to what serves not only ourselves, but the greater good.

Background footage from In-Security, Hudson Valley MOCA’s 6th Annual Juried Exhibition, featuring two of my pieces from my new Dove Series, along with other powerful works from the exhibition. It was an honor to take part.

The New Moon energy can still be worked with over the next few days, making this a beautiful time to ground, release old insecurities, and call in what we are ready to receive from a place of worth instead of fear.

A simple grounding ritual:

Light a candle. Place one hand on your heart and one hand on your lower belly. Take three slow breaths. Write down one insecurity you are ready to release. Then write: “This was fear speaking, not truth.” Cross it out. Underneath, write what you are ready to receive, and one grounded action you can take to honor that intention.

May we release what keeps us small. May we listen to what our anxiety is trying to teach us. May we return to ourselves, align with our purpose, and become ready to receive.
