Super Solo Show at the Peekskill Coffee House!
Coffee & Chaos
Stirring madness into abstracts

Welcome! I invite you to step into my artistic world where I have rendered madness and chaos into benign and delightful abstract forms. They swirl and weave and take on colors using the power of my own fear and confusion to whip it into something beguiling and creative. This is one method I’m using to stay afloat in the barrage of chaos in this all too serious time. Come to be immersed in wild abstracts drawings!

Reception with refreshments: Tue, Nov 10th, 3 – 6 pm

Show runs from Nov 1st – 29th
OPEN DAILY 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM
101 S. Division Street, Peekskill, NY 10566

Coffee with Winzig: Sun, Nov 8th, 3 – 6 pm
NOTE: Can’t make it on Tues the 10th? Come on the Sun the 8th. This date is not a reception per se, but a gathering for those who cannot make the Tues, Nov 10th date. All are welcome but only purchased refreshments from PCH available.

On BOTH dates you will have the opportunity to purchase some art and take it home with you that day since Winzig will be there to do this for you. But you can always come in on a different day, take my card for contact info, and a barista will place a red “Sold” dot next to your piece to be picked up after Nov 29th.

Stop on by! And here for your lovely heart is a poem written for me and my sale! By Randy Sharp

Bloom

They rise in silent trumpets from the soil,
Petals soft as whispered lullabies,
Each hue a brushstroke born of sun and toil,
A fragile flag beneath the open skies.
They ask for nothing, yet they give so much—
A breath of sweetness drifting on the breeze,
A pause for bees to linger, drink, and touch,
Then carry life among the roots and trees.
To stand among them is to feel the earth
Exhale her joy in colors without end,
A quiet proof of nature's endless worth,
A fragile beauty, both my foe and friend.
For in their brief and brilliant, passing show,
They teach me what it means to bloom and go.

And here we have my exercises in sanity. I've gotten so much better at bringing positivity and light to my center. But my head, oh my head... Instead of crunching all the facts and figgers, absorbing all the hate and pain out there, instead of self destructing, I'm clearing my head, on paper, before it blows 🤯 I hope others enjoy these works. I truly enjoy making them.
