I will be meeting up with the mayor sometime next week and we are going to sit down and get everything situated.

Thank you to everyone that has reached out I’m working on getting sponsor packages worked out an I’ll be back in contact with all the folks looking to Sponser as well as all the vendors and volunteers.

Then we are going to start contacting everyone that wants to be on the rodeo board.

Working full time and juggling the rodeo stuff has been a lot but I will reach back out to everyone soon.

I’m going to be looking to build a rodeo team of directors so if you have any rodeo experience or board experience please reach out to me

****Main Officers
-President: Leads meetings and guides the board.

-Vice President: Helps the leader and takes over if needed.

-Secretary: Writes down notes at every meeting.

-Treasurer: Handles money, bills, and budgets.

****Event and Arena Directors

-Arena Director: Manages the grounds and keeps the arena safe.

-Stock Contractor Coordinator: Hires bulls and horses for the show.

-Event Coordinator: Plans specific contests like barrel racing or roping.

-Judges and Officials Coordinator: Finds qualified referees for the events.

****Support and Business Roles

-Sponsorship Director: Finds local businesses to give money.

-Publicity Chair: Handles advertising, signs, and social media.

-Concessions and Vendor Coordinator: Manages food trucks and craft booths.

-Volunteer Coordinator: Brings in helpers for the big day.

No date set for any rodeo events at this moment.
We are still in the works of getting stuff set up for the arena being built and the rodeo grounds set up .

We are going to make this a great community event and hope to have everyone join us for a fun adrenaline packed night for the entire family .

Please bare with us while we get things rolling we are just as excited as everyone an can’t wait to bring Pea Ridge Arkansas their own Rodeo grounds

We will be having bull riding ,Bronc riding ,mutton busting,chute do***ng, barrel racing,roping,poles etc
Every one of them won’t be at the first event but we plan on getting everything set up so we have a full rodeo for everyone .

Thank you to Mayor Nathen See for all the help and encouragement to get this going for our community.
