Hell Yeah it’s Extra!

We’re not here for quiet little Mediterranean wraps.

We’re here for the loud version.
Spiced ground beef. Creamy hot honey feta sauce that bites back. And our Koroneiki Extra Virgin Olive Oil poured in like it owns the place — because it does. Peppery, bold, and completely unapologetic.
This is not “drizzle lightly.” This is “use the good stuff and make it count.”
Mediterranean Ground Beef Wrap with Creamy Hot Honey Feta Sauce
(featuring Payson Olive Oil Co. Koroneiki EVOO)
Beef:
1 lb ground beef
1 tbsp Koroneiki EVOO
1 small onion, finely diced
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp dried oregano
Salt, pepper, and a pinch of red pepper flakes if you’re feeling dangerous

Hot Honey Feta Sauce:
¾ cup crumbled feta
⅓ cup Greek yogurt
1½ tbsp honey
½ tsp chili flakes
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp Koroneiki EVOO
Warm water to thin it out

Finish it:
Warm tortillas, shredded romaine, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, fresh parsley
Cook the beef in that Koroneiki until it’s browned and smelling like trouble.
Whisk the sauce until it’s creamy and just mean enough.
Build the wraps, drown them in sauce, then hit them with one more pour of the oil.
Eat it with your hands.
Make a mess.
