The Community Players

Rhode Island's longest-running community theatre! Founded in 1921, The Community Players stand today as the oldest community theater group in Rhode Island.

The Community Players' constitution is dedicated to produce plays that “carry the torch of culture to the Blackstone Valley and enrich community life by presenting locally the best that theatre had to offer.” The Players perform a mix of comedies, dramas and musicals and is committed to an “open-door” membership policy. A perfect happy ending, is how it should be! What an amazing way to end our 104th Season! Shout out to the amazing cast and crew that helped put on this ogre of a show!

But don’t despair, Duloc citizens, a limited number of tickets may be available at the door for each performance of "Shrek the Musical" for the remainder of this weekend. First come, first served and entry not guaranteed
