Stop by Fairlawn Veterans Park in Pawtucket next Wednesday and 195 District Park in Providence next Thursday 6-7pm for free family fun at Art in the Park!

After a ton of fun last week learning to draw bumble bees in the park and reading Bee Heartful by Dr. Frank J. Sileo - Psychologist/Author and Claire Keay - Sherbet Felt, we're super excited for next week to learn some simple embroidery and read The Invisible String by Patrice Karst together.

For 10 years, The Empowerment Factory has believed that building healthier communities begins with investing in children and families.

Come celebrate our 10th Annual Healthy Living Community Event on Saturday, August 29, 11am-4pm at Slater Park as part of the Pawtucket Arts Festival!

Enjoy a free day of family fun with arts and crafts activities, face painting, bouncy houses, unicorns, games, raffles, snacks, and more. Plus, connect with many other local organizations and community resources promoting health, wellness, creativity, and kindness.

Looking for a fun, enriching way to keep your child engaged this summer? Camp Fit 'n Fun is designed for children entering Grades 1–5 and offers a unique blend of active play, creative arts, hands-on projects, and opportunities to make new friends. In a safe, supportive environment, campers build confidence, stay active, and discover new interests while having fun all summer long.

Choose from two 2-week camp sessions: July 6–17 and July 20–31. Camp runs Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 3:00pm at the Center for Dynamic Learning, located in the lower level of the South Side Boys & Girls Club at 1 Louisa Street in Providence.
