My love of Art Deco and Art Nouveau motifs, strongly reflected in my work, derives largely from the architectural style of these classic buildings. I am fascinated by the symbolism of design and line work used by different cultures, and I try to incorporate those design elements into my sculptures. I’ve created monuments throughout Texas – a larger-than-life Sabertooth Cat, Bobcat, and have just c
ompleted a nine foot giraffe commission for a private collector, and most recently a ten foot Eagle for the Leander Veterans Memorial Park in Leander Texas.
